What if I do not have insurance?

Self-pay counseling sessions are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance does not cover their needs. The standard self-pay rate is $100 per session. I believe quality mental health care should be accessible. If cost is a concern, please reach out. We can discuss your individual circumstances and explore available options together.
